Quentin Palfrey

Founder & Senior Advisor

Quentin has played a leadership role in voter protection programs in battleground states in numerous presidential, senatorial, and gubernatorial campaigns over the past 15 years. He was the 2004 New Hampshire voter protection director for the Kerry-Edwards campaign, the 2008 Ohio voter protection director for the Obama-Biden campaign, and has been a senior advisor to numerous voter protection programs at the national level and in Massachusetts, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. In 2018, Palfrey was the Democratic nominee for Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor.

Jesse Littlewood

Executive Director

Jesse has decades of experience in advocating for voters, consumers and our democracy. From 2016-2022 Jesse led the counter disinformation work for the largest national non-partisan voter protection coalition. As Vice President for Campaigns at Common Cause, Jesse led a campaign that recruited 40,000 Election Protection volunteers in 2020. Jesse has decades of experience in democracy, environmental and public interest advocacy, growing grassroots online and offline support and raising millions in small dollar funding for nonpartisan causes. His leadership in the field brought him to the Harvard Kennedy School of Government as a lecturer, where he designed and taught course titled “Social Change in the Digital Age.” Jesse lives in Boston.

Ella Kamm

Campaign Manager

Ella Kamm is the Campaign Manager with the Voter Protection Corps. A recent graduate of Tufts University, Ella spent her academic career studying the intersection of politics and media, particularly digital media and internet-based communities. As a journalist with The Tufts Daily, she covered news both on campus and off, which included reporting on voting rights and elections in the Greater Boston Area. She also has experience in the worlds of fundraising and state government. Ella currently lives in Cambridge, MA, and she's a proud Wisconsinite at heart.
